REMINDER TO ALL STUDENTS AND TEACHERS.  All students must bring a card table for their project.
Schedule
Monday, March 23, 2009:  SCIENCE FAIR OPENS
  • Science Fair Opens.  Students set up projects: 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
    • All students MUST bring a card table for their projects
    • Location - Pipkin Building in the Fairgrounds - Map
Tuesday, March 24, 2009:  JUDGING DAY
  • 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Registration and project set-up
    • All students MUST bring a card table for their projects
  • JUDGING begins at 12:00 p.m. and continues until 3:00 p.m.
    • Senior High School students MUST be present with their projects. Middle and Junior High School students Optional .
  • Finalist Judging begins at 5:00 p.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m. Finalist for the Grand Prize Awards should be available for the judging. NOTE: To meet all criteria for top award consideration, projects must be experimental in nature and contain a one page abstract and written paper as well as the display.
Wednesday, March 25, 2009: OPEN HOUSE FOR THE PUBLIC
  • Public Project viewing (10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.).  Students will not be present for this part of the program.
Thursday, March 26, 2009:  TAKE-DOWN DAY 7:30A.M. - 8:00P.M
  • All projects MUST be removed from the Pipkin Building by 8:00 p.m. ! Projects not removed by March 26th, will be thrown away by the Park Commission Cleaning Crew.
Wednsday, April 1, 2009: AWARD CEREMONIES
  • 7:00 p.m. - Honors Awards Ceremony at Christian Brothers University Spain Auditorium - Buckman Hall. Parking - Corner of East Parkway and Central.  Enter the parking lot off of Central Ave. Maps (location, building)
    NO RIBBONS AWARDED AT THIS PROGRAM
